Broker Mandy Robinson’s Prudential Cape Shores Real Estate brokerage becomes Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cape Shores Real Estate May 19. The broker this week received an early transition present while on a listing presentation in her Cape Cod, MA market.

Robinson, competing against other brands and agents for the listing, mentioned in passing to the homeowner that her company would soon affiliate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The homeowner stopped the listing presentation and all others scheduled. He gave Robinson the listing because he wanted the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices yard sign at his property. “My new client knew of our brand quality from friends who worked with our affiliates in other markets, and the client was waiting for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to arrive here.” Robinson said. “Of course, he was also familiar with brand’s namesake, Berkshire Hathaway, and its worldwide reputation for quality and trust.”
