To maintain a successful real estate business, it’s critically important to look back in order to move forward; a majority of my business over the last few years has come from past client referrals.
So, how do you connect with clients long after a transaction is through?
Here are a few ideas:
- Facebook ‘Fan of the Month’ – Do your clients interact with your social media pages? Be sure to call out particularly social fans or followers and reward them with a gift certificate to their favorite restaurant or a trip to the local spa.
- Summer Movie Night – Events are a great way to catch up with past clients. Organize an outdoor event during the warm summer months, complete with food and entertainment, then invite all your clients to attend.
