This week my travels find me in Irvine, CA at our HSF Affiliates headquarters for alignment sessions and meetings with the team. As we prepare for our upcoming Sales Convention in San Antonio, I can’t help but catch a bit of the Olympics buzz going on across the country as I watch world-class athletes get ready to race. The Olympic competitors are all shining examples of leaders—hard working, focused, motivated and committed to a single Wildly Important Goal: Winning the gold.

Woodmont Realty Boots Competition in Local Kickball Tournament

This summer, agents, brokers and friends of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty competed in the Nashville Sports League Boys and Girls Club 2016 Kickball tournament … and won! The triumph, however, wasn’t just a win for the kickball team—called The Comps after it was decided “Comparative Analy-kicks” was too long—but also for the spirit of togetherness central to Woodmont Realty.

Thoughts on Leadership: Working Harder Always Wins

This week my travels find me in Florida; I first flew to Panama City, grabbed my rental car and drove to Santa Rosa Beach for the launch of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida, a fine company led by Hunter Harman, John David Sullivan and Price Rainer. Then, I drove up to Jacksonville for an awards celebration with Linda Sherrer, Christy Budnick and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty team.

The Florida Network Realty event was Olympics-themed with most attendees dressed in Grecian-style togas. Held at the enormous EverBank Field in Jacksonville, the celebration was filled with hundreds of Florida Network Realty agents eager to commemorate their achievements and get inspired for even more success ahead.
