Danville, CA-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties, among the nation’s fastest-growing, full-service, 100% woman-owned companies, announced it has merged with Kane & Associates, Inc., a 24-agent firm based in Alameda, CA.
Gretchen Pearson will continue to lead the operation as president/CEO of Drysdale Properties, John Bergman, former broker/owner of Kane and Associates, will stay with the company and focus on real estate sales, while Dennis Pagones will continue to serve as managing broker of the Alameda office. This is the sixth office to join Drysdale Properties in 2018 and it complements the brokerage’s 2017 Alameda merger of Harbor Bay Realty.
In 2017, Kane & Associates, Inc. and Harbor Bay Realty (now operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties), transacted over $376 million in sales volume, closed over 420 transaction sides and helped more than 760 clients buy, sell and rent properties throughout Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco counties. The company continues to attract top professionals in the area while consumer demand flourishes with the desire to work with the globally-known and respected Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand. The new Drysdale Properties sales office will be located at 885 Island Drive, Suite 200, Alameda, CA.
